Calling all creators! Join Alfred Muscat for a two-part introductory workshop on 3D modelling with Autodesk Fusion 360, designed especially for beginners who want to start creating their own designs for 3D printing.

Session 1: Wednesday, 5th November
Session 2: Wednesday, 12th November

No prior 3D design experience needed! You’ll learn the essential tools and techniques to turn your ideas into printable 3D models, from simple shapes to functional objects.

Please note: Participants are required to bring their own laptops with Autodesk Fusion 360 (Personal Use License) installed beforehand. You can download it for free here: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal

Here's what you'll experience:

  • Introduction to 3D Modelling: Learn how to navigate the Fusion 360 interface and understand key design principles for 3D printing.
  • Hands-on Modelling Practice: Create 3D models with step-by-step guidance, covering sketching, extrusion, and combining objects.
  • Design for 3D Printing: Discover how to prepare and export your files for printing, ensuring your models are ready for the real world!

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a solid foundation in 3D modelling and the confidence to start designing your own printable creations.

A minimum of 5 participants is required for the workshop to run.
