In this pastry class, learn how to create the traditional chocolate fondant. In this hands-on class, you'll master the following techniques:
Crème Anglaise: Learn to make a smooth and velvety vanilla custard cream using real vanilla beans.
Chocolate Fondant: Discover the secrets to baking a gooey and indulgent chocolate fondant with a molten centre
Caramelizing Nuts: Discover the art of caramelizing nuts to add a delightful crunch and sweetness to your dessert
At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to savour your delicious creations on the spot and you'll take home all the creations you made. Don't miss this opportunity to refine your pastry skills and indulge in the delightful world desserts!

- A reusable container to take your creations home.
- We've got you covered with an apron and all necessary ingredients and equipment.
